Monthly Referral Revenue < $3000
Earn 10% of monthly revenue from all referred clients billed under our "Per Employee Per Payroll" pricing structure.
Monthly Referral Revenue >= $3,000
Earn 15% of monthly revenue from all referred clients once total monthly billings from your referrals reach the Premium Tier threshold.
For your first referred client, you'll receive a one-time bonus equal to 15% of the first three months of revenue generated from that referral, paid after the client completes their first payroll.

Revenue share payouts are processed monthly and paid by the end of the month for the prior month's billing cycle. Example: revenue generated in February is paid out by March 31.
Participation in the Revenue Share Program is open to approved partners, including accountants, bookkeepers, and brokers who refer clients to YPD HCM INC.
A referred client must be a new business to YPD HCM INC and must not have an active or previous account with the company. All referrals are subject to approval by YPD HCM INC.
Monthly referral revenue is calculated based solely on active, paying clients referred by the partner and billed under the "Per Employee Per Payroll" structure. Non-paying or paused clients are excluded.
Commission payments are made monthly, by the end of the month following the billing period. Payments are based on collected revenue only.
The entry bonus is only applicable to the first client referred. The bonus is paid once the referred client has successfully completed their first payroll cycle.
We uphold a strict non-competition commitment and will not solicit or offer accounting or tax services to referred clients.
